U.S. Senate and all eight U.S. House districts are on the official 2026 General Election candidate list the Secretary of State certified to the counties on September 4. Three Senate entries are certified write-in candidates who are not printed on the ballot. The copy I could read does not show which names, if any, are struck through as withdrawn, so check that list before relying on any one name.

Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer and Attorney General are all on the official candidate list. Governor and Lieutenant Governor run as tickets, so each ticket is listed with both names. State Board of Education and University of Colorado Regents seats are also listed by district, because voters in those districts choose them statewide.

The Colorado Supreme Court justice and the Colorado Court of Appeals judges are on the ballot for retention, which is a yes or no question about keeping them in office. The official list prints only their names, not the retention question wording. District and county court judges are local and are not listed in this statewide file. The Legislative Council Blue Book includes judicial performance evaluations.
They answer different questions and are kept apart. Full method: Methodology.
