Errors are corrected on the record. The earlier version stays visible, marked superseded; the correction is logged here with the date.

How to report an error

Email vugolme@gmail.com with the page URL, what is wrong, and, if you have it, the source that shows the correct value. Pollsters correcting their own numbers: send the corrected publication. Candidates correcting a profile: sign in and claim the profile, or email from the contact on your public filing.

What happens next

Acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, with a reference so you can follow up.
Resolved within 72 hours. A wrong published number is corrected by a new, superseding release; the old release stays accessible and marked superseded. A wrong candidate or pollster fact is corrected in place and the corrected source recorded.
If we decline a correction, we say why in writing. Pollsters may appeal a verification or exclusion decision the same way; the appeal and outcome are logged.
