2026 general election · Mississippi
Mississippi seats scoreboard
Unofficial
Not yet certified. These are unofficial totals from the counties listed, not the full vote. Counties and the Secretary of State must still certify, and counts can change. No seat is called until every county is listed, and never inside a very close margin.
Pick an office on the left and a filter on top. Every contest is one row, set against the same seat in 2022 and 2024. Everyone sees the statewide contests and the five closest seats in each chamber; Pro opens every district.
Counties are still being listed. Each seat shows only the counties whose results we have read, labeled with how many that is. A county not listed is never filled in, and no seat is called until every county is listed.
3 of 5 contests.

Sources and method
- 2026: each county election commission’s or circuit clerk’s own unofficial report, read Sat, 07 Nov 2026 06:58:05 GMT. Madison County, U.S. Senate (checksum 69ad7819895b) Marion County, U.S. Senate (checksum 12ca849dfb20) Rankin County, U.S. Senate (checksum f12fd93e68ce)
- 2022 and 2024: the Secretary of State’s official results, summed over each district’s counties. 2022 (checksum 56d4db802253) 2024 (checksum 70922dedde19)
- District maps: There are no State House or State Senate maps: both chambers were elected in 2023 and are next elected in 2027, per the Secretary of State’s 2026 to 2027 election calendar. One special election for State House District 77 (Rankin County, four independent candidates) is on the ballot; it is not a party contest, so it is not on the board.
- Which seats appear: the only statewide partisan contest on the 2026 ballot is the U.S. Senate seat, and all four U.S. House seats are up. Mississippi’s other statewide offices, and the whole Legislature, are elected in 2027. Supreme Court and other judicial seats are nonpartisan and by district, so they are not here. A seat shows how many of its counties are listed. 2022 had no U.S. Senate seat, so that column reads “Not listed” for it.
- Margin: Republican votes minus Democratic votes, as points of all votes in the seat. A seat with one candidate shows “Unopposed”. Shift: this year’s margin minus the margin in the year you compare with. Party change: the leading party differs from the latest earlier contest for the same seat (2024 if it was on the ballot, otherwise 2022).
- District lines: Mississippi’s U.S. House lines are unchanged for 2026: the governor canceled the May 2026 special session on redistricting, and any new map is aimed at 2027. The State Senate and State House were elected in 2023 and are not on the 2026 ballot, so there are no legislative maps. A district that includes only part of a county shows that part.
