U.S. Senate: the official general-election candidate list dated 07/27/2026 is the newest candidate list shown on the live page. A Senate amended certification dated 08/19/2026 is linked only from hidden page code, and its file returned not found, so the Senate list could not be confirmed as final. U.S. House: the official list dated 09/04/2026 shows all 12 congressional districts (New Jersey has 12; there is no 13th district). It includes the 7th District amendment certified 09/04/2026.

No 2026 general-election state legislature candidate list appears on the live page. A hidden certification for the 35th Legislative District (dated 08/08/2026) returned not found, so the legislature list could not be confirmed.

The official page's content is inconsistent. The visible Division of Elections page lists no statewide public question, but its HTML comments contain an 'Official Public Questions' entry: a constitutional amendment to give certain veterans' benefits to residents of continuing care retirement communities, with Public Question No. 1 files in English, Spanish, Gujarati and Korean. Those question files and the certification of public questions returned not found on this pass, so no statewide question is listed and none could be confirmed. Check with the Division before relying on this.

Listed from the Bergen County Clerk's official 2026 General Sample Ballot (Hackensack version): County Executive, County Clerk, Surrogate and Members of the Board of County Commissioners. The county candidate list on the Clerk's site is marked UNOFFICIAL and I found no certified county list, so this stays partial.

Election Day, early voting, registration, mail-in and drop box dates are copied from the state and county pages listed. The state FAQ states the mail-in return rule in two places with different wording (postmarked by Election Day; postmarked on or before 8:00 p.m. Election Day), so confirm the return rule with the county before relying on it.
